About Jessica
This is exactly the work I do.
I'm Jessica McCallum β a Licensed Professional Counselor and Reproductive Mental Health Specialist with nearly 11 years of experience walking alongside women through the transitions that don't come with a manual.
I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Liberty University and use CBT, somatic approaches, and person-centered care to help you feel grounded in your body and clear in your mind. For clients who request it, faith can be thoughtfully woven into our work too.
This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. It's about building a space that's truly yours β at your pace, honoring everything that makes you you.
Starting therapy can be difficult and feel incredibly vulnerable. I promise I make it as easy as possible. I start with a free consultation to make sure we are a good fit and I can support you. If you choose to move forward with a session I go over any questions you may have and paperwork. Life is hectic and I understand that, I try to be flexible with scheduling offering morning, afternoon, and weekend appointments.
If you are coming from another therapist or have had bad experiences in therapy I love to address that first along with expectations and goals you have for therapy.
